Welcome to A Day Well Spent, for people seeking pathways to purposeful living! If you’re reading this by chance and are not yet subscribed, allow me to help you with that - just enter your email here. Doing so will ensure you never miss my twice weekly posts (Thursdays and Sundays).

Hi all and happy Sunday. It’s my favourite time of the week again. I have spent the past couple of days working in Cork in Ireland1 - I’m travelling back to London today and look forward to reading your responses en route.

For new subscribers, welcome to the weekly Sunday Reflections! This is an intimate and friendly space for community and accountability.

How it works

Each Sunday I pose a prompt or question which we discuss (and say hi) in the comments. Topics often cover self-empowerment and personal growth and these weekly check-ins allow us to get to know ourselves and the other members of the A Day Well Spent community better.

Feel free to have a browse through previous Sunday Reflections to get an idea of the stuff we talk about, which include monthly New Moon intention setting.

ICYMI

Thursday’s post was about solo travel including the many reasons I keep doing it (and how it benefits all aspects of my life). Along with my tips on how to do it well, accumulated over the years from the many solo trips I have been on. And also why solo travel is most definitely not exclusively for the ‘young’ and single.

As always thank you all for being here and I am so looking forward to today’s chat.

Sunday is for awakening the mind, body and spirit 🧘

Today’s topic: ultimate dream

If you’d like to join this club and plug into these weekly community meet-ups and chats - as well as receive all the other benefits that come with becoming a supporter - we are all ready and waiting to welcome you.
