I have an urge to spotlight very familiar and everyday plants and herbs to share what they are truly capable of — their full potential of properties!
Most of us will have a pot of dried rosemary feeling sorry for itself at the back of the spice cupboard, or know where to find a big old bush of the stuff.
But beyond flavouring our roast potatoes or pairing with lamb, we probably don’t know much else about the wide ranging uses of this potent and beautiful evergreen plant.
Rosemary possesses an array of virtues just waiting to be harnessed, many beyond the kitchen. And that’s what I’m sharing in today’s column.
