Hi! This is Leyla from A Day Well Spent, a newsletter seeking pathways to more purposeful living. If you’re reading this by chance - welcome! You can enter your email below to ensure you never miss my twice weekly posts (Thursdays and Sundays):
Welcome to Sunday Reflections ☕
For new subscribers, welcome to our weekly gathering! This is our intimate and friendly space for community and accountability.
How it works
Each Sunday I pose a prompt or question which we discuss (and say hi) in the comments. Topics tend to cover self-empowerment and personal growth and these weekly check-ins allow us to share our wisdoms and get to know ourselves and the other members of the A Day Well Spent community better.
Feel free to have a browse through previous Sunday Reflections to get an idea of the stuff we talk about, which include monthly New Moon intention setting.
ICYMI
In Thursday’s post I shared the recipe for the breakfast I eat for most of the year.
I make a batch of this granola once a month, it takes just 20 mins of prep, contains at least 16 different plants, is so much cheaper and better than any shop bought granola I have tried and it’s so ridiculously easy to make, that once I started doing so, I was up in arms:
‘Do people know how simple this is? Why aren’t we all making our own granola? How is there even a market for this stuff when it’s this easy to make?!’
And this time last week we shared interesting and surprising facts about ourselves that most people probably don’t know about - I so loved learning more about you guys through this!
Lovely words
And here are some very kind words from a reader this week - thank you so much Lisa! It means a lot.
Sunday is for awakening the mind, body and spirit 🧘
Now let’s begin.
