Hi all and happy Sunday! Can you believe this is the 10th Sunday Reflections, we’re in double figures already. Which means there’s been 10 weeks of A Day Well Spent.
These weekly gatherings have become one of my favourite things about this community. I hope you are feeling the same.
Having returned from a few days in Lisbon earlier this week, in Thursday’s post I shared 10 of my favourite spots in Lisbon covering food and drink, shopping, views, books, where to stay and what is probably the best solo dining spot in the city. I hope you enjoy it.
I would also like to share this lovely Note I received about why a subscriber decided to upgrade to paid - it means a huge amount to read these words about the sense of community here:
As always thank you all for being here and I am so looking forward to today’s discussion. It seems a fitting topic following on from all the great food I ate in Lisbon. Perhaps do not read the comments on an empty stomach…
Now let’s begin.
Welcome to the weekly Sunday Reflections, an intimate and friendly space for community and accountability exclusively for the hundreds of valued paid subscribers here.
This is where we get to know each other and ourselves better.
Using thought exercises and prompts, we discuss our journeys of self-empowerment and personal growth, covering all manner of thought-provoking and sometimes esoteric topics.
Feel free to have a browse through previous Sunday Reflections to get an idea of the stuff we talk about, which include monthly New Moon intention setting.
