Join our in-person online meet-up Saturday 6th April
It's our first ever one! I can't wait! 6pm - 7pm BST, here's the link (and a gift 🎈)
6th April update:
A lovely snap from our first ever meet-up — THANK YOU to everyone who came!
Hi! This is Leyla from A Day Well Spent, a newsletter seeking pathways to more purposeful living.
This is a quick reminder that the first ever in-person online A Day Well Spent meet-up is happening on Zoom this Saturday 6th April 18:00 - 19:00 BST — that’s tomorrow!
Guys, this is a big deal.
Without trying to sound like I’m peddling a cult, the community that’s blossomed here over the past 10 months since I launched this newsletter has completely taken me by surprise. The community has become the heart of it.
There are now hundreds of members. And they're all really smart and really welcoming. As well as a bunch of other stuff, becoming a member means you are able to participate in (or just read, that’s OK too) the extensive discussions that take place in the comments under each column — some would argue this is the best bit.
And for the first time, we will be able to see and hear each other!
Our hour is going to be very relaxed and warm and joyous and I absolutely cannot wait to put an animated face to you guys.
A springtime gift 🎈
Getting to virtually meet my readers feels like a big step for my newsletter worth celebrating.
So for those who have perhaps been thinking about joining the A Day Well Spent membership but haven’t yet taken the leap, here’s an incentive — it’s a lifetime discount and this offer will run for this weekend only.
This offer expires Monday 8th April.
It would be my pleasure to welcome you.
All are welcome
Every single member of A Day Well Spent is most welcome to come along to this on Saturday — whether you are one of the originals, a recent joiner, a regular engager, have never previously written a comment or have never participated in anything like this before (I fall into this latter category!).
You don’t have to do or prepare anything in advance. All I ask is you bring your beautiful souls (pets, drinks and snacks also encouraged), arrive relatively promptly (but also don’t worry if you’re a bit late) and be open to connection.
Our hour won’t be shared anywhere later on. I envisage it as a you-had-to-be-there thing. But if you can’t make this one do not worry, do not get FOMO. There will be more.
