Hi all and happy Sunday. It’s that time of the month again where we embrace the start of a new lunar cycle with the New Moon which falls this week.
Which means we will be using today’s Sunday Reflections to set our intentions for this upcoming lunar cycle and asking ourselves, “what am I ready to invite in?”.
Is this your first time joining our monthly New Moon intention setting?
If so, welcome! It’s one of my favourite times of the month. So many readers here are already achieving so much with these monthly accountability meet-ups, I am feeling quite proud of them all! And we would be delighted for you to join in.
If you would like to find out what New Moon intention setting is, how to do it and how we do it here on A Day Well Spent, have a read of this post which answers all these. Then head back here.

Thursday’s post was a wonderful interview with graphite and pencil artist and winner of TV show Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year, Curtis Holder. It’s free for everyone to read and enjoy.
And two other recent posts you won’t want to miss include 10 of my favourite spots in Lisbon and my relationship with the Sun.
Before we begin
I’d like to share this lovely notification I received on my Instagram from paid subscriber
(thank you Ruchita!) - it made my week:As always thank you all for being here and I am so looking forward to hearing about your intentions for the month ahead.
Now let’s begin.
